Dr. Mahdi Al-Khalidi, participating as an observer delegate representing Rawsam Human Development Center, took part in Meeting 7 of the 13th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime (UNTOC), held at the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), Vienna, Austria.

This participation reflects the Center’s commitment to international engagement, institutional cooperation, and supporting global efforts to combat transnational organized crime, promote the rule of law, protect human rights, and advance sustainable human development.

The 13th session of the Conference of the Parties is taking place from October 19 to 23, 2026, in Vienna, Austria, bringing together representatives and stakeholders to strengthen international cooperation and review the implementation of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime.

Through this participation at the United Nations Office at Vienna, Rawsam Human Development Center reaffirms its commitment to engaging with international institutions and contributing to dialogue and cooperation in support of its humanitarian and human development objectives.
